
Pork Mazesoba Ramen Noodles
Brothless Ramen Noodles in 15 minutes
- Japanese Ramen Noodles
Ground pork
- 300g of ground pork
- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of 5-spice powder
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- A pinch of pepper
Slurry
- 3 tbsp of cold water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Assemble - Tare sauce
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth, warmed
- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 2 tsp of rice vinegar
Toppings
- 5 green onions, sliced
- Small bunch of chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp of furikakke
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp of corn
- Shichimi togarashi ( Japanese 7 Spice Blend), can be found at Japanese or Asian grocers
- 2 egg yolk
- 3 small sheets of nori seaweed
